Responsibilities：
1. Manage ECIM Machine Marketing department with highest level of integrity & ethics and be aligned with company’s vision & mission and corporate culture, identity and behavior
2. Communicate, coach and ensure all team members/ subordinates to fully understand:
A. The company’s vision & mission and corporate culture, identity and behavior
B. Act with highest level of integrity, ethics and safety awareness
C. Their job descriptions, role and responsibilities and KPI
3. Responsible for gathering and compiling market and competitor data to define market size, market share, opportunities and threats, across all the company’s product categories and markets
4. Undertake and analyze ECIM’s territorial, product, market and industry SWOT and to provide reports and recommendation of strategies in marketing, sales and investment
5. Undertake and analyze customer needs and customer satisfaction through undertaking specific market research projects: quantitative and qualitative to include client segmentation and making recommendations based on research and profitability analysis
6. Consult with internal clients to understand business requirement, plan projects, and deliver to time, cost and quality benchmarks
7. Assess the need and business case for purchasing market intelligence resources, for example subscription, reports or analysis tools
8. Present regular market intelligence reports to key stakeholders in the business. Make recommendations for short and long term tactical plans
9. Ensure that relevant data held within the company’s CRM system is up to date and fit for purpose
10. To support the marketing communications team and wider sales force with accurate market statistics. Working with them to identify relevant contacts for targeted sales and marketing campaigns, whether sourced internally or externally
11. Plan and implement Machine Marketing team people development including satisfactory level of knowledge, skills, job satisfaction, cost-effective people development, coaching and a healthy learning environment
12. Manage and monitor Machine Marketing department expense planning, executing and controlling according to company’s agreed budget objectives and policies. Review of management accounts and comparisons with budget for variations
13. Monitor and improve Machine Marketing KPI’s
14. Ensure that corrective action is taken where adverse variations to KPI achievement occur or inadequate performance is suspected. Instigate discussion with immediate supervisor and formulate actions and strategies to bring about necessary improvements
15. Ensure all transactions, contracts, and activities are accordance to the company’s policies and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), government legislation and local enforcement law & regulation
16. Assist and support Cross functional communication and maintain good relationship with Caterpillar



Requirements：
1. University degree or college diploma in Business Administration or equivalent job experience
2. 3-5 years work experience in a similar position
3. Preferential: experience in machine sales/ marketing role and have a thorough understanding of the industry
4. Experience in business analytics - KPI identification & development; presentation and visualizations; data and information reporting; push delivery; data mining, etc.
5. Ability to understand market research, business reporting and communicate outwards
6. Ability to work efficiently with large data sets and derive clear insights and information, come up with innovative solutions and be able to summarize information concisely for senior management
7. Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate advanced analysis to all levels of an organization (visual and textual)

8. Proficient in both English and Chinese languages: reading, written and spoken.
