3.FPY & FY & LAR的持续改进。

4. 产品成本控制。

5. 验证角色:新材料，采购变更，新设备或设备升级，产品设计变更。

Job Descriptions:

Take responsibility for  product/process issues.

1. Evaluate and define the manufacure process on mass production.

2. Develop and optimize process to improve the production efficiency.

3. FPY & FY &LAR continuous improvement.

4. Product cost control.

5. Verification role: New material, sourcing changing, New equipment or equipment upgrade, Product design changing.

任职要求:

1. 学士学位。3年以上电子制造行业工作经验。

2. 熟悉FMEA, MSA, DOE,5 why, PDCA, DMAIC等行业和质量工具;

3.熟练使用办公软件，CAD等。

4. 良好的英语读写能力。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree. More than 3 years working experience in electronics manufacturing industry.

2. Familiar with industry and quality tools such as FMEA, MSA, DOE,5 why, PDCA, DMAIC etc.; 

3.Good at Office Software, CAD.

4. Good English skill in writing and reading.
