主要负责零配件的质量管理，负责客户和生产线的审核和投诉。

1. 内部质量改进，如1)生产线质量问题的处理，2)FPY, LAR等。质量KPI改进，3)内部审核

2. 外部质量处理，如客户8D/RMA等处理，领导客户审核。

3. 质量培训，8D, FA/CA, VDA，质量工具等。

4. 职责相关项目的跟进。

Job description:

Mainly take responsibility for Discrete parts quality management and take over customer and production line audit and complaints.

1. Internal quality improvement, such as 1) production line quality issue handling, 2)FPY, LAR etc. Quality KPI improvement, 3)Internal audit

2. External quality handling,such as Customer issue 8D/RMA etc. handling,and Lead customer audit.

3. Quality training, 8D, FA/CA, VDA, Quality tools etc. 

4. Special project follow up assigned by managements.

任职要求:

3~5年质量工作经验;学士学位。

熟悉质量体系/标准/工具应用，如8D, FMEA, MSA,PPAP,APQP等。

良好的英语能力，特别是写作能力，要求英语六级。

具备良好的教育背景，良好的英语能力和学习能力。

Requirement:

3~5 yrs working experience in quality; Bachelor's degree. 

Good knowledge of quality systems/ standards/ Tool application, such as 8D, FMEA, MSA,PPAP,APQP, etc.

Good knowledge of English skill, especially written, CET 6 is required.

Graduates-to-be can be acceptable with good education, English skill and study ability.
