Responsibilities:

  • Support IO (Opdivo+Yervoy) GI Tumor indication Launch in developing and executing pre-launch and launch strategies and plan execution
  • Coordinate launch readiness and activities across functions
  • Shapes Market Research design by identifying key questions to ensure research informs business objectives
  • Engages in rigorous data analysis to support insights generation and identify current trends, challenges (including competitors) and opportunities in the therapeutic area
  • Uses a broad set of channels ( e.g. surveys, field visits, KOL relationships) to gather deep customer insights to gain holistic understanding of the patient journey and what motivates and drivers customer behavior
  • Identifies opportunities to impact behavior objectives upstream and downstream of brand choice, including treatment and class, to achieve business objective
  • Develops brand strategy including positioning & marketing messages and communication materials that are consistent with the product label, positioning and product strategy
  • Directly develops components of the creative campaign and brand hallmarks consistent with the product's positioning and core differentiated benefits
  • Identifies key future customer needs (3-5 years) that can be addressed in alignment with the product strategy
  • Works effectively with internal partners to develop and gain alignment of Functional Plan
  • Leverages customer insights and utilize ROI analysis to identify optimal mix of traditional and innovative tactics, channels, and levers (Channel Mix Optimization) to deliver customer's desired experience
  • Adapts the global brand guidelines and messages to the local value drivers and regulatory  environment
  • Monitors brand performance with the respect to the external environment , competitive trends, and customer needs, and quickly adapts the strategies and tactical plans to increase brand performance
  • Identifies and understands key drivers which will impact magnitude and timing 'of resource needs across the life cycle (Lifecycle Resources Allocation)
  • States key assumptions, anticipates and quantifies risks and opportunities to the financial projection
  • Leads the development of scenarios to anticipate and plan for competitive response, ensuring a consistent set of contingency strategies and functional plans across entire product strategy (and/or product portfolio)
