任职要求：
1、30周岁以上，中专以上，具备技能上岗证；
2、房地产及物业工程主管任职经历3年以上；
3、吃苦耐劳，有较强的组织协调能力和处理突发事件的应变能力。
4、能看懂相关图纸，熟悉物业设施设备维修养护的实施过程及质量标准；
5、熟悉建筑结构、设备设施基础知识，熟悉机电、电梯、给排水、弱电系统设备的运行维护要点；
6、具团队意识、责任心强、工作细致有条理，有较强的管理协调能力。

岗位职责：
1、在部门经理的领导下，按公司标准化程序要求完成工程部的各项工作；
2、在部门经理的领导下，负责组织开展医院工程设备设施的维修、保养、运行、管理及维修工作；
3、负责协助经理实施节能降耗措施，力求节约能源；
4、负责协助经理制定培训计划，定期开展对本部门员工的业务培训；
5、负责协助经理监督、检查、指导本部门员工工作，定期对本部门进行考核。
