职位描述

1. Identify, hire and develop Associates across APAC
? Build a pipeline of talent in APAC designated countries
? Attract, select and onboard great Associates for roles as career coach, webinar facilitator, resume writer
? Develop and embed Associate professional development programs
? Create a positive Associate Value Proposition

2. Focus on quality and consistency across APAC
? Manage and measure APAC Associate engagement levels
? Ensure quality and consistency of APAC Associates across all locations
? Measurement of delivery outcomes (to include engagement, satisfaction, landing rates)
? Build and maintain positive working relationships with Associates and the wider Randstad team
? Conduct regular performance and coaching conversations with the Associate workforce

3. Identify, hire and develop the Associates across APAC
Key activities:
? Identify, engage and pipeline credible and capable job search consultants, career coaches, webinar/workshop facilitators and resume writing talent across APAC working closely with the Associate Relationship Manager team to identity pipeline and resourcing requirements
? Recruit and select talent to Randstad coach and resume writer capabilities, experience and organisational fit
? Monitor and identify future APAC resourcing needs and gaps in the delivery footprint
? Manage APAC Associate on-boarding and related University certification
? Manage APAC off-boarding processes to reduce risk and maintain employer brand
? Identify and deliver professional development opportunities to ensure skills currency

4. Focus on quality and consistency across APAC
Key activities:
? Ensure the delivery of high quality and consistent coaching, webinar facilitation and resume writing across APAC
? Develop and embed a framework for delivery excellence 
? Monitor and manage associate performance: measurement, review and reporting of delivery outcomes including program utilization, satisfaction scores, outcomes
? Demonstrate high competency in all technology platforms required for delivering coaching and provide support to associates
? Ensure Coach and Resume Writer Scorecards are conducted regularly, analyse data and provide coaching feedback/support to Associates
? Analyse and resolve issue escalations: manage, investigate and implement remedial measure resulting from client or participant survey feedback escalations
? Be the main point of contact for all Associates across APAC
? Develop strategies to maintain, measure and improve Associate engagement
? Drive Associate recognition programs to foster engagement and create a positive environment and culture

Requirements:
? 10 years + experience in outplacement services, HR consulting services, talent management, staffing/recruiting, and/or career coaching
? Fluent in Chinese, English, with Cantonese and Mandarin being highly desirable
? High degree of competency and intuition with technology platforms
? Ability to build strategic partnerships with stakeholders across the business locally, regionally and globally and represent the organisation with clients as required from time to time
? Exceptional, engaging communication style (written and verbal)
? Data driven approach to decision making
? Experience in quality management or continuous improvement highly desirable
? APAC experience of working with multi-cultural teams is highly desirable including team members from non-English speaking backgrounds
? Strong values alignment
? Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
