Summary of Client:
我们的客户是位于世界前列的某著名豪华品牌的汽车销售及服务的集团公司，业务范围主要集中在华南地区。
Reporting Lines:
Report to: General Manager-After-sales-Group
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular study and analysis on Overall Market and Competitors and suggest on strategy. Monitor operation performance in group level and propose financial budget. Propose development and incentive system for senior After-sales Personnel.
- Communicate with manufacturer in terms of long term strategy setting.
- Monitor on after-sales performance. Propose financial budget in accordance to market situation. Propose competency and qualification for Senior After-sales Personnel and monitor performance.
- Work closely with HR in preparing and implementation of Senior Personnel policy.
Job Requirements:
- University Degree majored in automotive engineering, Business or Marketing.
- 6 years working experience in automotive industry.
- Minimum 3 years managerial working experience in after-sales.
- Extensive knowledge in after-sales Market.
- Sound understanding in financial management.
- Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin.
- Strong Analytic skill.
- Good communication skill.
- Good coaching skill.
