职位描述

? Develop, elaborate and conduct monthly performance meetings of the regional DE-2 and his/her subordinates. Control actions agreed in those meetings and assure alignment and deployment of actions among these meetings.
? Develop research, run diagnosis and evaluations to support the decision making process on the procurement region related to management topics peripherical to its core activities. For example: simulation/forecast of the goal drafts of the leadership, productivity studies, restructuring and budget alternatives for unscheduled expenses.
? Evaluate and issue projections, forecasts and adherence analysis of finance budgets. Monitor and control budget and headcounts in the regional to provide management alerts related to budget execution. Example: Redirect personnel related overbudget to implement extraordinary trainings no maximize adherence and eliminate anomalies, mitigating budget risks for the company.
? Support internal projects for constructions and management presentations for the Region. For example: restructuring and results of the region.
? Make suggestions regarding supporting tools to Procurement process in the region or the implementation of new information systems linked to his/her activities.
? Measure, analyze and follow-up all performance KPIs of the Procurement in the region, providing visibility to the management team about risks and building proposals of action plans to improve performance.
? Coordinate the interface among internal clients and PMOs in the Strategic Planning department regarding all the management information of the Procurement Region. Example: Revise procedures, instructions, management of audit action plans, management presentation with regional information, performance KPIs of procurement processes.
? Monitor and control the goals of all managers in the region. Assure standardization, construction process, measurement and archiving evidences for AIP goals, besides validate all evidences for objective goal for managers.
? Be the focal point for the region managers for all new subjects related to centralization, consolidation, analysis, standardization, communication and control in the region.
? Support in procurement process definition and in the interfaces involved to deploy improvements in those processes, as well as keeping his/her own normative documents up-to-date.
? Elaborate Material and assure communication of training activities under his/her responsibility as well as providing support to the team related to eventual doubts related to procurement process.
? Support mapping the procurement process main risks according to specific corporate methodology, defining preventive controls, as well as measuring the impact and severity of any kind of risks to those process. 
? Execute internal compliance programs, using key-controls of the process. The test program includes monitoring result over time through standard KPIs, action plan follow-ups and reports to management about main deviations found. 
? Attend the external compliance programs such as Internal audit, controlling, ombudsman, corporate security, related party requests and other areas external to procurement, besides general legal points. 
? Work on communication with the objective of deploy and disseminate normative and compliance guidelines and assure unicity in the practices, minimizing the expositions of Procurement Department next to the corporation controlling areas.

Requirements: 
? Experience in the area: desirable > 6 years
? Academic background: Complete University level, desirable MBA in Management or related areas.
? Mandatory Advanced English level of above
? Desirable: Portuguese proficiency
