The Recruiter will be responsible for end to end hiring process. Will be considered as a trusted advisor, as she/he works closely with Hiring Managers and HR BP to meet the needs in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities:

- Execute recruiting processes across the entire recruitment cycle: job briefing, sourcing, screening, assessment, and hiring.

- Responsible for ensuring recruitment processes comply with appropriate business controls and documentations.

- Build effective relationship with line managers and HRBP by proactive communication and strong customer service.

- Collaborate internally and externally with our clients to assure our prospective candidates are recruited in a professional and timely manner.

- Continuously improving Sourcing strategy with sourcing channel innovation

- Developing sourcing methods to find the best drivers of talent

- Set up active candidates file to enlarge recruiting pool/channel

- Negotiating and manage verbal offers with candidates

- As a team member to join campus recruiting, process improvement,etc.

Requirements:  

- Bachelor degree or above

- 1-3 years recruitment experience in MNC or searching firm 

- International recruitment experience preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Mandarin Chinese

- Self-motivated and results oriented, quick learner

- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
