Main Responsibilities

? Evaluate and summarize period KPI results together with MD, Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports to headquarters.
? Complete regular analysis (on sales, costs, inventory etc.), create or update reports to provide support to management and assist the company in decision-making.
? Together with MD, set relevant action plans based on the updated goals and long-term country strategy
? Continuously drive KPI analysis, prognosis and country strategy alignment.
? Lead all accounting daily operations including A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
? Based on continuous business-related macro analysis, proactively communicate the current situation, opportunities for improvement and threats to Country MD and headquarters.
? Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
? Actively develop best practices and improve controlling methods and tools
? Plan and support future controller needs and challenges together with the Country MD.
? Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
? Drive operational efficiency by setting and managing salary, all Tax Computation and travel budget to optimize resource allocation.
? Liaise with external auditor on annual audit & taxation matters


EXPERIENCE ： You are
? Strong business acumen and long-term strategic thinking
? Ability to interact with and influence non-finance people
? Minimum bachelor’s degree in the financial major.
? Drive, self-confidence and initiative to work cross-functionally, be a team player, and interface effectively with various departments
? Extremely organised with real attention to details -
? Managing tasks from advisory down to hand-on execution
? Fluency in English - written and verbal and Chinese（mother tongue)
? Preferred experience working in medium-size business with international presence - Consolidation
? Effective execution skills in Microsoft Word, excel, PowerPoint.
? Knowledge of an ERP/MRP is a plus
