职位描述
Roles & Responsibilities:
1、Develop sales channels; maintain sound relationship with customers to achieve assigned sales targets.
2、Ongoing technical training and support to customers, visit customers and/or potential customers of Mindray on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
3、Organize and attend seminar, conferences, workshop and exhibitions as required to promote orthopedic products and services.
4、Market and competitor analysis, create sales and market plans to match company's yearly target.
5、Handle other duties and responsibilities as they are periodically assigned or requested.
6、To represent Mindray's values and integrity.
Required Qualifications:
1、Bachelor degree or higher in International Economics and Trade, Bio-medical, Clinical & Medicals and other related field.
2、At least 2 years solid experience with track record in orthopedic products sales, or 4 years international sales experience, oversea sales experience preferred.
3、Proficient in both oral and written English and Mandarin. Spanish prefered.
4、Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and manage own time effectively, .
Self motivated and good teamwork spirit.
5、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish.
6、Good presentation and negotiation skills.
