Position Brief:

The position is part of Asia legal team, supporting activities in China and reporting to the regional legal manager in Singapore.
General corporate & commercial legal support for China, with a primary focus on commercial contracts (goods, services, hires, commodity sales & trading), regulatory & compliance (corporate, licenses, foreign exchange, anti-trust) and head office (employment, finance).
As part of a regional team, the role will interact with business and legal team members in other offices, especially Singapore and Malaysia.
The company continues to increase its activities and the complexity of work in China, this is a great opportunity and time to join the company and its legal team.

Requirements:
Requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a PRC-qualified lawyer, with substantial corporate & commercial experience in a top-tier international law firm.
Excellent academic credentials from a top-ranked law school.
Desire to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment.
Native or near-native Mandarin speaker (read/write/speak), plus fluency in English (read/write/speak).
