岗位职责Job Responsibilities:

1.及时掌握生产过程整个动态情况，制定并实施重大质量问题的改进措施；定期组织检查各生产车间保养情况To grasp the production process, the dynamic situation, formulation and implementation of major quality improvement measures; to organize regular inspection and maintenance of all production workshop

2.指导并检查各生产现场管理，定期组织安全文明生产和劳动防护检查，管理、协调所分管部门的工作，并对其工作情况进行考核Guide and check the production site management, organize regular safety and civilized production and labor protection inspection, management, coordinated by the Department in charge of the work, and evaluate their work.

3.负责生产管理协调工作，确保按时完成生产计划Responsible for the coordination of production management, to ensure the timely completion of production.

4.负责组织生产、设备、安全检查、环保、生产统计等管理制度的拟订、修改、检查、监督、控制及实施执行Responsible for the organization of production, equipment, safety inspection, environmental protection, production statistics management system of the draft, modify, check, supervision, control and implementation

5.组织新技术、新工艺、新设备的应用推广Application of new technology, new technology, new equipment

6.组织实施并监督、检查生产过程中质量体系的运行；对公司产品的生产流程进行全程监控Quality system implementation and supervision, check the production process operation; to monitor the whole process of the product production process

7.指导、监督、检查所属下级的各项工作，掌握工作情况和有关数据Guide, supervise, check the work of subordinate, understanding of the work and the relevant data

8.负责控制和降低仓库库存，确保库存数据准确，存放安全Responsible for controlling and reducing inventory, ensure inventory data accuracy, storage security
9.建立健全生产设备的维修保养体制，并组织实施，提高设备正常运行率，降低设备维护费用Establish and perfect production equipment repair and maintenance system, and organize the implementation, to improve the normal operation of equipment, reduce the equipment maintenance cost.

10.建立科学完善的仓库管理体系，实现5S 管理Establishing a scientific and perfect warehouse management system, the implementation of 5S management

11.完善生产车间和仓储区的清洁卫生制度，致力打造行业内最洁净的生产和仓储环境Improve the production workshop and warehouse district sanitation system, to create the industry's most clean production and storage environment.

12. 负责包括采购、物流以及客服等部门的系统化管理。
Be responsible for System management including purchasing, logistics, customer service and other departments.

13.对采购成本进行严格的审核与分析，有效进行成本控制。
On the purchase cost of strict audit and analysis, effective cost control.

14.合理编制采购计划，保证采购的及时性、合理性，并与供应商建立互利合作关系。
Reasonable preparation of purchase plan, ensure the timely and reasonable purchase, and to establish mutually beneficial cooperation with suppliers.

15.制定并贯彻执行公司客服计划和标准，全面提升客户服务质量。
Develop and implement the company's customer service plans and standards, improve customer service quality.

16.监督管理客户服务团队，提高咨询服务水平。

17.合理安排物流，降低公司运输成本。
Reasonable arrangement of logistics, reduce transportation costs.

18.完成总经理临时交办的其他任务Finish other tasks assigned by general manager

岗位要求job requirements：
1. 化工，机械或供应链管理及相关专业本科以上学历Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or chemical engineering, supply chain management and related professional qualifications

2. 10年及以上大中型建筑材料企业生产管理经验，5年及以上生产厂长等职位背景10 years of management experience and more than large and medium-sized building materials production, and more than 5 years production manager jobs such as background

3. 熟悉生产规程与质量标准Familiar with production procedures and quality standards

4. 具备先进的生产管理理念With advanced production management;

5. 优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力Excellent English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability

6. 高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神The high work enthusiasm, good team cooperation spirit
