What You’ll Be Doing

It’s impossible to list everything you’ll do here because every day is different. But a few things are clear, you’ll:

To enhance the effectiveness of sales team through work closely with area sales managers

? To evaluate the productivity of sales Reps.

? To take charge of sales team's sales effectiveness training. (Such as training arrange/material)

? To help them setting the action plan and give some advice.

? Tracking sales team how to implement action plan with SEP system.

? Hold the area sales meeting to consultant sales team how to improve sales efficiency.

? To take charge of other effectiveness enhancement project implement in sales team.

? Provide assessment of training on sales effectively and also improvement plan.

Help new employees to get used to Baxter culture and train up outstanding sales with strong professional knowledge and responsibility for the renal sales group.

? Make interim training plan and events according the career path of new employees and the requirement of renal sales team, in order to enhance the effects achievements of employees.

? Help new employees get used to the Baxter culture by effective use of all available resources and communication with members of every department.

? Enhance productivity of new employees by targeted training and effectively following up.

? Help these new employees get total understanding of the business mode of renal area and be able to use every available platform and way to solve difficulties in practical work.

? In charge of the plans promotion of the new employee learning centre.

? Help sales team analyse the performance of new employees by means of every available report and advise effective solution to help sales executives train up new employees.

?Carry out effective communication with executives of new employees, while making targeted developing plans for new employees with him/her.

EXPERIENCE & KNOLODGE:

? 2 years working experience on sales supervisor/ DSM

? Have training experience better

? Good sales skill

? Bachelor degree or above, university graduate areas.

? Good at communication

? Systemic approach

? Good in English
