What You’ll Be DoingIt’s impossible to list everything you’ll do here because every day is different. But a few things are clear, you’ll:
? Responsible for developing and implementing channel strategy, processes and programs to deliver attainment of revenue, profitability and product share growth objectives.
Work closely with BU Commercial management team
Identify national and product level initiatives to increase sales of key products through Channel Partners
Optimize Channel management process (selection, qualification, target negotiation, and Due Diligence check, Performance Management, Compliance management, etc.)
Support BU to monitor distributor selling process (opportunity/account management, business review, sales activity management) effectively
Create visibility and resolve the key strategic obstacles in corporate level
Contribute to overall channel strategy of China business

? Baxter Culture/leadership competency
? Channel management effectiveness
? Business acumen, stakeholder insights & influence
? Problem-Solving: need to look at current situation and recommend solutions for creating more revenue and improve efficiency.
? Advanced negotiation skills
? Demonstrated excellence in English oral and written communication skills
? At least 8 years industry or related field experience with progressively increasing responsibilities, within the company or other Pharma/ ManTech / Life Science Company
? BA / MS in well-respected colleges
? Major in Finance / Business/ Medical preferred
? Previous experiences in business, consulting, audit, etc. is highly preferred
? Exposure to healthcare industry is a must.
