Site Budget Monitoring
· Prepare annual budget and monthly LE and present to global BPA.
· Lead and challenge section budget for PCE.Investment and FTE within Plant.
Long Term Strategic Planning
· Support Site Head for Annual 5 years strategyplan and business continuity plan.
Business Supporting
· Develop and improve costing procedure and ensureproduct cost be set accurately.
· Oversee the product cost setting and varianceanalysis.
· Value based performance management through KPImeasurement, analysis and early warning. Provide decision support regardingbusiness process improvements.
· Ensure the SOX, Novartis FI policy to beimplemented in site in BPA area.
Investment and Fixed Assets Management
· Analysis of investments, business and strategicdecisions.
· Ensure proper investment CAR evaluation processand support investment project implemented according to site timeline.
· Ensure site fixedasset be properly and efficiently utilized.
Education: University degree preferably in Finance / Economicsrelated subject, or professional accounting qualification.
Language: Fluent (oral & writing) inEnglish and Mandarin
Experience:
Minimum 5 year experience inbudgeting and/or controlling positions
Ability to work in a complex, matrix environmentdealing with continuous change and occasionally conflicting priorities.
Excellentanalytical ability
Good communicationskills (upwards & side wards)
Proactively and intellectual curiosity strong plus
