• Conduct active search and cold calling

• Candidate initial screening and interviewing

• Targeting, attracting and assessing candidates’ profiles

• Target-list development and market mapping

• To build up, enrich and update the talents databanks

• Support the consultant to conduct the market search as to different functions

• To support consultant to complete the whole recruiting project

• Database maintenance

• Other assignments and tasks as required by the consultants and the company

Requirements

• 2 years experienced minimum is ok

• Needs to have great, can-do attitude and energy, positive demeanour

• Healthcare or pharma experience is not necessary

• Does not necessarily need RPO experience. Can come from agency but needs to have experience with big workload and busy environment
