Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Development and enhancement of professional relationships with HCPs

- Building deep scientific understanding of Baxter’s Advanced Surgery products by delivering medical education and support to medical professionals

- Driving positive opinions for the scientific and clinical value of Baxter products for patients’ needs, planning and

implementing non-promotional scientific meetings

- Training internal stakeholders (sales teams) and involvement in development of brand strategy.

- Contribute to review of product materials and response to medical queries

- Coordinating IIR-related activities.

Qualifications.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. List knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. N/A: Intern or Co-op - Customer focused mindset is a must - Thorough knowledge and experience of the pharmaceutical or medical device (preferred) industry and the area of field medical liaisons - Research experience is a must - Understanding and experience of multiple aspects within Medical Liaisons preferred. - Ability to interact and manage a range of stakeholders both internally and externally - Written & verbal English proficiency Education and/or Experience. Include the education and/or experience that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily. N/A: Intern or Co-op - Trained in the bio-science area, preferably with advanced scientific degree - At least 3 year experience in pharmaceutical industry (Medical device industry experience is preferred) - At least 2 year experience of MSL
