Responsibility:
1 Responsible for the development of distribution management in China, strengthening the hospital channel capability, and assigned key or strategic accounts, to support the YOY business growth target.
2 Responsible for coordinating distributor territory planning & commercial target with sales team.
3Work with sales management team for providing performance trend analysis and recommendation based on the report of distributor and logistic performance in sales, data submission and product flow.
4 Build up professional relations with tendering companies; monitor closely the local government policy.
5 Ensure the compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet the requirement and company guidelines.
6 Develop and implement effective tender strategies, policies and procedures by working closely with tendering team and external stakeholders.
7 Leverage and collaborate across the region, liaising with business and functional managers as well as project teams for the region to build the offering package to enter into bidding stage, follow up bidding offering evaluation, review the biding contract based on fully understanding the situation and the tailored project level strategies.
8 Responsible for sales daily and monthly report, statistics and analysis.
9 Responsible for developing and coaching a commercial ops team including sales & commercial support and tendering support.

Requirements:
1 Bachelor’s Degree or above. Clinical medicine background is preferred
2 At least 10 years working experience in medical industry as sales, commercial, operation or distributor management role
