Department Operations Position reports to Operations Director APAC
Principal Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities
? Collaborate with GSC, Rhenus Distribution Centre and in country 3PL to drive on time purchase order shipment and custom clearance process to ensure continuous product supply
? Liaise with custom clearance agent to assign correct HS code to comply with Trade Compliance requirements
? Execute local bar code program to meet with customer requirements
? Carry out on site distributor inventory audit to support In Market Sales program
? Work with GPL, Sustaining Engineering and local printing company to make changes to the product labeling artwork to comply with CFDA and Acelity labeling regulation
? Collaborate and train in country 3PL workforce on over labelling activity to ensure over labelling activity complies with CFDA regulation and Acelity quality system
Position Qualifications, Experience & Skills

EDUCATION
? Associate's degree or above in relevant logistics field
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
? 1-2 years logistics experience in relevant industry and function, such as logistics and operations with medical device.
? Customer-oriented
? Good communication and presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills.
? A good team player, initiative, excellent organization and coordination skills
? Well-planning skills
? Ability to communicate in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
? Good analytical skills and effective problem solving skills
? Proficient in the use of MS Office suite
