Key responsibilities：

• Handling customer complaint and safety information.
• Take part of QA work of Product Safety group.

Main job tasks ：

1) Handling customer complaint and safety information.

§ Report complaint and safety information to HQs through CCGlow and LHA.

§ Reply analysis result to complainer according to the SOPs.

§ As a coordinator and communicate with relevant contact person to settle complaint.

§ As a daily coordinator and answer inquiries from PS hotline and provide technical support for internal and external customers

§ Daily evaluate oversea device/drug serious adverse event and prepare lining st for submission.

§ Coordinate with LHA (local health authority), Site Tianjin and Customer Complaint Center (HQs) to support legal group on the compensation complaint cases and anti-counterfeit actions

§ Reply analysis result to complainer according to the SOPs

Report customer idea

2） Take part of QA work in Drugsafety group.

Maintain archiving list, thermometer, complaint sample, OmniRIM and the related complaint documents.
