Main Responsibilities :

1. Monitor related strategy according to company strategy and business plan;

2. Facilitate SOP (Standard Operation Process);

3. Research on process improvement projects;

4. Execute and follow up the SOP through cooperation with realteed departments;

5. Deploy and coach 6 Sigma /CPS methodologies in company.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree or above majoring in business management or engineering;

2. At least two years work experience in management and related 6 Sigma project experience will be a plus;

3. Good knowledge in mathematical statistics and proficient in microsoft office including some statistics analysis software;

4. Able to communicate smoothly with people of different levels, and high team work spirit as well as creative problem solving skills;

5. Proficient English both in speaking and writing.
