Summary of Client:
Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world.
Reporting Lines汇报关系:
Report to: Sr. PE Manager
Key Responsibilities主要职责:
1. New projects introduction
- Productivity and feasibility study.
- Optimized process design in sample/design phase.
- Flow chart/working instruction/PFMEA preparation and approval.
- Sample follow up/process capability study.
2. Process improvement
- Trouble shooting for production support.
- STD time reduction/cost reduction.
- Rework/scrap rate reduction.
3. Responsible for department/group management
- Organization and responsibility definition.
- Task arrangement for whole department/group.
- Department/group target definition and follow up.
- Department/group budget planning and follow up.
4. Supervising and coaching subordinates
- Discipline definition and explanation.
- Company policy and strategy sharing.
- Team building, individual career development.
5. Train and develop subordinates capabilities
- Working procedure and responsibility definiation.
- Regular process experience sharing.
- Technical guidance on process technology.
Job Requirements职位要求:
1. College graduate or above, majoring in automation or mechanical.
2. 8 years or above process engineering experience in automotive electronics industry, or automation equipment development experience, of which at least 2 years department/team management experience.
3. Professional knowledge for the transformer / Inductor engineering and production is preferred.
4. Familiar with soldering tin.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
6. Fluent oral and written English and Chinese.
7. Open, confident, self-motivated, independent and innovative.
