责任
- 统筹仓库消防、安全、防损全面工作
- 巡检仓库内外，并布置相应改善措施
- 每日检查或抽查所有表格表单
- 每日检查和审核《物流中心保安值班日志》、及《物流中心保安巡逻工作记录》及时解决存在问题
- 每日参加仓库晨会，提出仓库内需改善环节。
- 督导各级防损员工作，并跟踪改善情况
- 每月制定一次消防、安全、防损设备的运作检测
- 对盘点、周盘、异常数据的分析，并营运部沟通制定相应措施
- 定期与仓库经理沟通安全、防损流程落实和隐患的整改情况，与仓库经理交流保安员的工作情况，根据沟通结果调整保安员的工作状态。
- 安排执行飞鹰行动
- 参与部门对于仓库安全策略的制定
- 制定组织消防疏散演习
- 现场管理、跟进工作标准化的推行情况、目视化管理执行情况
- 更新仓库的工作操作流程和管理制度
- 安排进行员工业务技能培训和考核
- 评估所有仓库保安的KPI并上报仓库保安经理
- 签发仓库需保安部授权的各级文件和单据并报请仓库保安经理批准
- 监督仓库安全操作流程的制定及落实
- 安排仓库人员的安全培训计划，并实施考核
- 监督仓库防损项目的制定，推广、改善和落实
- 协助完成仓库的审计工作
- 协调仓库与营运部、保安部的关系
- 进行仓库内的违规违纪调查，并上报仓库保安经理
- 处理较大的突发事件，并负责上报相关事件
- 负责审核防损员的排班
- 负责对仓库风险进行安全评估并上报仓库保安经理
- 协助完成基层防损团队成员的招聘、录用和人事管理
- 监督仓库集中销毁报废商品
- 抽查仓库的废品金收取及存行情况
- 维系与物业保安部、公安、消防等部门的工作联系
- 按时准确提交部门所需各项检查结果及数据
- 完成仓库保安经理及以上职位人员交办的其他工作

- 与仓库营运管理层顺畅沟通，落实工作
- 配合部门完成年度KPI
- 维护仓库审计过程及数据的真实性
- 监督第三方物流运输服务水平，保障更好的后勤支持
- 提高员工素质和工作效率
- 保护公司利润，控制减少仓库损耗，预防减少盗窃案件发生
- 提升仓库防损团队质素及业务水平
- 维护与公司其他相关部门的工作配合
- 仓库安全落到实处
- 将突发事件造成的损失，使对公司及员工的影响降到最低
- 宣传利润保护、全员防损等等知识，授课精英培训
- 负责仓库营运期间的设备等安全运行的检查和上报
- 防止仓库人员的不诚信行为和威慑有不诚信企图的人员
- 保障库存调整的准确
- 使CCTV的正常运转并达到最佳使用效果
- 维护盘点过程及数据的真实性
要求
- 5年以上相关工作经验
- 良好的语言表达能力及文字写作能力
- 良好的人际关系和沟通技巧
- 突发事件的处理经验
- 一般调查的实践经验
- 熟练的使用电脑工作
- 接受过专业安全、保安、法律、刑侦等培训认证
