职位描述：

JOB OBJECTIVES:

IT Business Partner (ITBP) has the overall responsibility to work as IT interface with assigned business units or functional areas for the purpose of business strategy development, business requirement discovery, IT service quality measurement and customer relationship management. The role needs to know market challenges, business pain points, customer priorities and competitive issues. He/She serves business leads in enabling business to achieve their objectives through the effective use of IT technology.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Establish and maintain the strategic relationship with assigned business customers;

- Serve as trusted advisor to provide IT consulting service to business customers;

- Prioritize IT initiatives based on business needs/strategy;

- Be the escalation point to proceed the complaint from business;

- Be the translator to reconcile the communication between business and technical team;

- Manage IT investment and portfolio and trace IT spending for assigned business customers;

- Lead business demand and requirement discussion;

- Develop business cases and quantify business benefits with business and financial partners;

- Specify user requirements for solution delivery;

- Justify user change request.

REQUIREMENTS:

- About 10 years IT related working experience and minimum 3 years business partner and analysis experience with good track records;

- Strong client/accounts handling skills;

- Solid IT background with understanding of business processes esp. on Distribution Center, Financial, HR, Supply Chain, Retailing business, etc;

- Experienced master planning and portfolio management;

- Strong project management skills;

- Good communication and interpersonal skill including formal presentation skillset;

- Proven team player and relationship builder with ability to work effectively across functional lines;

- Good planning and organizing skill;

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science or business administration. MBA is a plus;

- Be self-motivated to work with IT colleagues in different countries and time zones;

- Knowledge of SAP ECC experience is a plus;

- Used to play regional and/or global roles in international companies is a plus;

- Healthcare business experience is a plus;

- Digital market IT experience is a plus;

- Bilingual (English & Chinese).
