Our client is a very famous electronic manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities主要职责:
1. Management of Production, Process Engineering and Maintenance departments.
2. Ensure manufacturing department performance meet company business requirement, ensure manufacturing staffs to meet CSR & EHS requirement.
3. Ensure manufacturing activity to meet customer’s satisfaction and make the process continues improvement within the guideline of company’s business policy.
4. Coordinate with R&D and process engineers to ensure that processing methods are compatible.
5. Build up manufacturing excellence team and people development with the support of HR. Team management (recruitment, training, retention…)
6. Lead team to implement related actions in cost reduction and productivity improvement.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements职位要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical / electronics /automation engineering or related.
2. Minimum 10 years’ working experience in electronic manufacturing roles, of which at least 3 years as Operation Director/Manager, taking care of the teams of production, process engineering, maintenance.
3. Familiar with manufacturing operation management, profit & loss and other financial knowledge.
4. Practical lean manufacturing operation and continuous improvement knowledge and skills.
5. Strong planning, organizing abilities and strong leadership and motivating skills.
6. Good communication and presentation skills.
7. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
8. Honesty, confident, open-minded.
