Responsibilities :
1.Administer programs, projects assigned by Managing directors;
2.Analyze operating performance, practices, and procedure and develop recommendations to improve efficiency;
3.Serve as liaison with department and province to help ensure a manageable flow of work and communications;
4.Assist in the preparation and coordination of records and reports;
5.Organize and coordinate the meeting and event;
6.Perform other related duties as required.




Requirements :
1.Bachelor's degree or above in business related major;
2.At least 3 years relevant work experience with MNC background, and good knowledge in secretary or administration;
3.Proficient in English and software e.g. excel, word, ppt etc.;
4.Able to maintain confidentiality of the company, and able to manage multiple jobs and detailed oriented;
5.Initiative, self-motivated, and eager to learn new things.
