职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Support the Director to proactively and responsively provide counsel to management and other employees on compliance matters;
2. Support the Director to evaluate all activities needs compliance pre-approval before payment, ensure process transparency, documentation completeness and archiving;
3. Perform compliance audit, and monitor high risky GL accounts, e.g. T&E expenses, consulting and sponsoring expenses.
4. Deliver compliance related policy training, monitor and ensure continuous training;
5. Facilitate risk assessment interviews, maintain company risk registers;
6. Support investigations on compliance concerns raised by management, employees or others either through the Business Conduct Line or other means;
7. Lead the compliance projects assigned Process Improvement.

Requirements:
1. University degree, business preferred, at least 5 years working epxrience;
2. 3 years expreience in compliance or financial audit, parmaceutical industry experience preferred;
3. Excellent communication skills;
4. Take initiatives to enhance compliance program execution and risk management. 举报 分享
