Job Desription：
Be responsible for construction design of new product. 负责新产品的结构设计
Edit relative technology document， like control plan, process flow sheet, operation instruction and so on 编辑相关的技术文件，例如控制计划，工艺流程表，操作说明书等
Organize new process test study, application and dissemination, relative process investment.组织新工艺的测试研究，应用及推广，及相关的过程投资
Work in field, know quality situation. Instruct and supervise line production, get the quality information in time during production.现场办公，知道质量情况，指导和监督在线生产，及时掌握现场质量信息
Improve process level, follow up and collect process data, propose technology breakthrough and improvement and follow up提高工艺水平，跟踪收集过程数据，制定技术突破及改善行动并跟踪结果
Organize relative people to manage process and supervise process discipline.组织相关人员管理工艺过程，并监督过程纪律
Make sure of process safety, avoid protential safety hazard. 确保工艺过程安全，避免潜在的安全危害
Train the operator in the field, check the process condition, take corrective measure, keep record and initiate corrective actions. 现场培训操作工，检查所有工艺过程条件，制定改善措施，保持记录
Offer necessary technology support for sales and after-sales service.为销售及售后服务提供必要的技术支持
Attend production process accident survey, verification and arrangement of qualification. 参加生产工艺过程事故调查，对不合格品进行查实并安排处理
Responsible for organizing subordinate to execute daily inspection and record, collect and analyse of WoM , Scrap, Belt cards and the inspection results every month end, make improvement plan, check the improvement performance. 负责对手下员工日常检查及记录，月底进行收集和分析检查结果
Finish other jobs assigned by management. 完成领导交给的其他任务

Candidate Requirments:
Bachelor degree or above学士及以上学位;
Over 5 years’ experience in rubber area.5年以上橡胶领域工作经验;
Good English listening, speaking reading and writting ability.优秀的英语听说读写能力;
Good computer apllication ability.优秀的计算机使用能力;
Instruct and train subordinate.优秀的领导、培训员工能力;
Statistics analysis ability.统计分析能力;
Professional rubber knowledge base.专业的橡胶专业知识;
