主要工作内容：
为全国蕃茄田美术中心，研发能启发儿童想象力与创造力的艺术课程，规划寒假、暑假、夏令营主题艺术课程，策办艺术活动。
l 专业需求：
1. 艺术相关科系毕业。
2. 具3-5年以上儿童艺术教学经验。
3. 具有2-12岁启发式儿童艺术课程设计与规划经验。
4. 了解2-12岁儿童的美术能力发展。
5. 喜爱儿童艺术教育、热衷尝试各种艺术教学的创新方法。
6. 细心、逻辑思路清晰、抗压性好、沟通能力佳、具团队合作精神。
7. 能配合假日出差。
l 面试准备资料：
1. 个人艺术创作作品集。
2. 个人履历与自传。
3. 曾经设计过的艺术课程教案。
4. 相关工作经验资料。
