Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for assist on recruiting function including: resume screening, phone/face to face interview; support on all recruiting channels to ensure hiring effectiveness;
2.Ensure full completion of all employment procedures and HR approval process in accordance with the corporate requirements;
3.Responsible for training and development, coordinate all the training activities, involve in developing and implementing integration and orientation programs for new hires;
4.Under Corporate HR C&B policy and guidelines, responsible for monthly SAP maintain, social security and IIT declaration and ect;
5.Maintain individual data change by submitting HR report timely to support management decisions;
6.Other HR administrative support assigned by line manager and HR Dept.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree,3 years' experience in recruitment/C&B or generalist function;
2.Working experience in multinational companies or industrial plants is preferred;
3.Good communication in English and Mandarin;
4.Sense of urgency and ownership;
5.Can do attitude and capability to drive results;
6.Ability to communicate with all levels of management and different types of personalities;
7.Familiar with SAP operation in HR function.
