职位描述
QMB is responsible to assure that the QM system of the SBS is continuously developed in the direction given by the Segment management considering Corporate Guidelines and is effective meaning that it is maintained and delivering results, that is continuous improvement of customer satisfaction in all its aspects and risk management of unexpected quality costs.
Main accountabilities:
-Maintain and Develop QM system
-Manage Audit, Management review and Quality PI report process
-Key risk management gatekeeper in Development and Change control process(quality planning and validation)
-Operational support of production and projects in Quality matters
-Support the management driving the improvement process
-Supporting the priority setting by quantitative data
-Manage and improve supplier quality performance
-Handle the complaints from customers and take actions
-Analyse the overall quality cost and drive it reduction
Requirements:
-Bachlor degree or higher, depending on experience
-3-5 years with first responsible assignments completed
-Management system standards, Quality Auditing, English
