职位描述
Position: Finance and Administration Manager
Location: Zao zhuang city (Tai'er Zhuang District) , Shandong province
Report to: General manager
Objective: Responsible for all Finance and administrative matters of the plant
Company: the joint venture of Semperit with the Chinese factory Best, Sempertrans, conveyor belt division of Austrian company Semperit (rubber and plastic producer), in the top 4 players in conveyor belt business worldwide.
Responsibilities:
*Bookkeeping, accounting and month/quarter/year end closing of the books; including Relationship Manager re auditors and accounting enforcement bodies
*Monthly management reporting, forecasting, budgeting and planning activities
*Workflow lean project
*Cost controlling in all operation activities
*Tax related topic, e.g. tax declaration, VAT, corporate tax, duties, royalties, tax reporting/accounting etc.; including Relationship Manager re local tax authorities
*Treasury, payment processes, local corporate finance activities
*Corporate Governance matters, i.e. corporate legal structure, delegation/limit of authorities
*Local Compliance Officer duties
*Local Risk Manager and Internal Audit duties
*Release daily administration responsibility from general manager, left/right hand of GM
*Additionally acting as Local IT coordinator
Requirements:
*University degree in Finance, Corporate Finance, Business Administration or comparable fields
*5-10 professional experience in comparable function or top tier Audit firm
*Fluency in English
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
*Excellent communication skill
*Excellent analyzing skills
*Willing to live in or move to the plant location
