Responsibilities：
1,Implementation of Best in Class planned maintenance practices for the corporate. Ensure equipment inventories using cost effective actions and procedures.
2, Manager and develop a group wide Planned Maintenance philosophy, obtain buy-in from all plants and implement the overall strategy. Implement up-dates and know revisions.
3, Communicate directly with the maintenance department in each branch to coordinate planned maintenance system in Industrial areas.
4, Benchmark plant Planned Maintenance performance across the Group and implement best practices uniformly. Monitor and report on operational efficiency and recommend improvements.
5, Provide a group focal point for communications regarding Planned Maintenance with other department and external bodies, with all maintenance team, both individually and as a group as well.
6,Research and evaluate new Planned Maintenance methodologies and equipment as necessary. Implement these new approaches when applicable to Group needs.
7, Evaluate and manage training requirements for team member in Planned Maintenance skills and methods.
8, Compliance with the groups defined policies on Health, Safety and the Environment in both the personal and departmental performance.

Qualifications：
Background：
1, Bachelor Degree or above, major in Engineering, Mechanical or relevant area, has solid theoretical knowledge in mechanical, electrical automation.
2, 8 years working experience in heavy industry or manufactory.
3, Cement industry experience is preferred, mechanical and electrical operation and work experience in preventive maintenance is preferred.
4, With a professional dedication and teamwork consciousness, can bear hardships and stand hard work.
Other Requirements：
1, Be proficiency in office software, CAD and Kingdee system (ERP).
2, Hands on experience of using a computer based planned maintenance system.
3, Fluent in written English.
