JOB TITLE: Internal Accounting Specialist, China

LOCATION NAME: Shanghai Office

REPORTS TO: Finance Manager, China

DEPARTMENT: Finance

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for design, operation and evaluation of ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting)

1. Set up an internal control evaluation system according to PRC’s relevant regulation and HQ’s instruction

2. Collect, sort and file internal control data, prepare working papers based on the collected data and be responsible for the authenticity and completeness of the evidence obtained

3. Draft the internal control report to HQ, objectively reflecting the company's internal control situation, giving fair assessment, and suggesting solutions for potential risks.

4. Track improvement implementation progress and achievement.

5. Drive implementation of the annual internal control assessment criteria.

6. Perform the tasks assigned by HQ’s internal control department and line managers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree major in accountant.

2. More than 3 year job experience in multinational companies /holding companies or manufacturing companies preferred.

3. Familiar with ERP system.

4. Good English and Computer skills.

5. Good Planning, analytical and organizing skills and capable to work under pressure.
