GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales, Marketing, Application support and other related activities
- New customer development
- Existing customer’s maintaining and Customer relationship management
- Order negotiation with customers and order management
- Customer payment and settlement management
- Give product application support to customers according to customer’s needs
- Cooperate with plant technicans to solve any problems customers meet in the period of using products
- Collecting useful information from market and customers, provide valuable suggestions to help plant to produce more suitable products meeting customer’s needs
- Communication with plant side about sales/production plan and execution situation
- Goods delivery, logistic and inventory management
- Business documents filing and management
- Making sales plan and budgeting
- Making sales report and response to sales manager

2. Market Research
- Carbon Black up/down stream market information collections and making report
- Information collection about carbon black new application and technology and making report
- Market trend survey and making survey report
- Carbon black market competition analysis

3. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Age from 30 ~ 50 years old
2. Bachelor, college degree in the major of chemistry, highpolimer, chemical engeering and technology, and other related background
3. 5+ years sales experience in the field of applying carbon black into rubber or related materials.
4. Have deep knowledge of carbon black, have good knowledge, skill and experience in sales process, value selling, negotiation and sales contract management
5. General market research and analysis skills
6. Good people skill and teamwork, be able to work effectively and collaboratively with people in different functions
7. Basic English written, communication and presentation skill are necessary.
8. Great passion and positive attitude
9. Willing to travel according to business’s needs in China

岗位要求:
1. 年龄30~50周岁
2. 大学本科学历,具有化学、高分子、化学工程与技术相关专业知识背景
3. 五年及以上炭黑在橡胶相关产品应用方面的销售工作经验
4. 对炭黑产品有充分认识,有解决不错的销售知识、销售技巧,了解销售流程,价值行销,客户谈判,合同管理并具有一定的经验
5. 具有一般的市场调查和分析的技能
6. 良好的人际关系处理能力和团队精神,能够与不同部门的人员进行密切合作
7. 需有基本的英文书写和一般的交流和表达能力
8. 具有高昂的工作热情和积极的工作态度
9. 根据工作需要愿意在国内出差
