岗位职责：
1、负责BU及枣庄工厂的人力资源工作，包括招聘、培训、绩效考核及SAP系统维护等工作；
2、负责HR重点项目的推进实施，如PTA,QIS等
3、推进企业文化建设，促进员工关系等。

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源、工商管理等相关专业；
2、英语六级以上，熟练的听说读写能力；
3、熟练使用办公软件；

华沃〔枣庄）水泥有限公司位于山东省枣庄市山亭区，现有1条5000吨新型干法生产线。
华沃（淮安）水泥有限公司位于江苏省淮安市淮阴区，150万吨/年粉磨站。
溧阳东方水泥有限公司位于江苏省溧阳市上黄镇，现有1条2500吨新型干法生产线。
