职位描述：
You will be responsible for:
Assuring the production of the products ordered by customers as regards volume, quality and shipment date while meeting the requested and confirmed delivery date and production cost targets 确保客户下单的产品的生产满足要求的数量、质量，按约定的交货期装货并契合生产成本目标；
Leading, developing and motivating workers and shift and machine leaders , efficient shift planning, to achieve quality and productivity targets 领导，发展及激励员工/班组/主机手，高效班组计划生产，以达到质量和生产率的目标；
Monitoring of quality KPI according to targets, in case of negative development: investigation and correction 根据目标监管质量KPI，以避免消极发展，给予调查和矫正；
Producing orders in time 按订单及时生产；
Changing / improving machines (also new investments) 调整/改善设备（包括新设备）；
Implementation of R&D projects in the production 研发项目在生产的实施；

You should be:
Technical education (preferably university level) mechanical and /or industrial engineering 技术学历（本科学历优先）机械/工业工程专业；
3-5 years of experience in industrial production, preferably management experience in multinational 3-5年工业生产经验，有跨国公司管理经验者优先；
Microsoft Office, SAP advantace, process and planning , fluency in English verbally and writing ,, good technical understanding and know-how, enterpreneurial attitude, flexibility 办公软件，SAP，工艺过程和计划，英语口语及写作流利，良好的技术理解能力和专门知识，企业家式的思想， 灵活性。 举报 分享
