JOB IDENTIFICATION

Job Title: Finance Manager
Report to: Finance Director Asia
Department: Finance
Location: GaoYou, JiangSu Province, China
Subordinate: 4-6

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1 Ensure the smooth running of the site accounting and credit control team. Ensure a smooth transition to China SSC.
2 Proactively provide financial supports to functions based in Songjiang and ensure the achievement of OWC and other defined site KPIs.
3 Ensure the timely/accurate group & statutory reporting and proper internal controls of the site.
4 Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
5 Conduct Business Unit’s financial performance analysis and provide recommendations to F&A Division Director and Corporate Office on analysis of financial trends at business Unit level and Business Unit’s financial performance.
6 Ensures that the company complies with all tax regulation and maintains effective tax compliance practice.
7 Ensure company registration meet legal requirement.
8 Implement and monitor individual targeted work results.
9 Ensure effective teamwork and communication across function and within own department. 举报 分享
