职位描述：
1. 负责现场质量问题的快速判定，并组织工艺，生产，工程团队分析原因，并跟踪措施的有效性和 及时性。
2. 负责批量生产的年度的产品审核报告
3. 负责现场产品质量监督(人，机、料、法、环、测),对任何有质量风险的过程及时提出并追踪落 实解决
4. 负责现场不良品的控制和判定并统计分析，对影响不良成本高的原因要求责任部门整改并负责跟 踪效果
5. 负责对检验员进行培训(方法，记录及基本技能的培训)
6. 负责批量生产的产品的客户投诉，并组织相关部门制定短期措施，长期措施，并更新控制计划等 相关文件。
7. 对批量生产的控制方法进行优化,提出建议(检具的优化和实施，防错的改进等)
8. 负责过程工艺纪律的检查及现场质量监控的有效性，有权利对质量高风险的停止生产
9. 负责批产产品的过程变更验证的相关报告的提供
10. 新项目转入SOP 交接验证（问题清单，CP/WI/防错清单）
11. 参与售后件的分析
REQUIREMENTS岗位要求
大专以上学历
基本的英语听说读能力
熟悉APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA
3年以上汽车制造行业工作经验；
2年以上制造行业检验或现场管理工作经验
熟悉现场质量管理流程,PDCA等质量工具 举报 分享
