SUMMARY岗位概述
Reporting to Production Team Leader, the Field Operator - Production performs all tasks to ensure the smooth running of operations safely.
汇报给生产翻班领班，现场操作员需完成所有的工作任务，确保生产的安全平稳运行。

RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责
？ Ensures that all activities are carried out according to laws and regulations, policies and procedures of the company and to practices generally accepted.
确保所执行的所有工作都是符合法律、法规、公司政策或惯例。
？ Performs a continued vigilance on his unit, observing its operation and acting in case of anomaly.
工作时需时刻保持警觉，敏锐地观察所有设备的运行状况，在发生异常时及时作出反应。
？ Supervises the operation of various equipments in sectors to which he/she is assigned
观察及监视所有其负责的设备的运行状况。
？ Collaborates with his superior in the maintenance of safety,good performance order and cleanliness of the facilities assigned, informing his superior about any potential anomalies.
协助上级，保证设备安全良好地运作，有任何潜在的异常情况及时通知上级。
？ Performs the necessary operations to start up and shutdown of facilities, equipment preparation, etc, following the procedures and completing the relevant checklists
执行必要的操作以启动和关闭设施，并做设备准备工作等，严格遵照程序执行，并完成相关的清单填写及检查。
？ Collaborates with his superior in the preparation, verification of the safety conditions and the surveillance and monitoring of the whole process of the works going on in their area of responsibility, ensuring that the safety conditions established in the work permits are maintained throughout the whole process
在职责范围内，协助上级做生产准备、安全检验，观测和跟踪整个生产工艺流程，确保安全生产。
？ Performs tasks related to loading and unloading of trucks.
执行装车和卸车任务。
？ Collaborates to the training of new operators.
参与新操作员工的培训工作。
？ Conducts analysis of certain characteristics of the products, reporting to his superior the outcome and / or deviation from specification.
对产品特性进行分析，向上级汇报结果和/或偏差原因。
？ Completes the log Book, reporting any incidents and anomalies produced, noting the status of the units and operations.
完成每日工作日志（值班记录），需汇报生产过程中发生的所有事件及异常情况，记录所在单元的操作动态。
？ Maintains communication with other operators or panel field, on the impact or changes that occur in the operation of plant facilities.
当所在操作单元发生任何参数变化时，及时与其他外场现场操作员和DCS操作员进行沟通。
？ Performs tasks relating to the maintenance of equipment and scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance.
执行设备基本维修工作，执行预防预见性维护工作。
？ Is a member of the emergency response brigade.
应急反应队的成员之一。
？ Performs tasks relating to mandates entrusted to him/her.
完成指派给他/她的其它工作任务。
？ Participates to the development and update of the documentation relating to the operation.
参与生产文档的编写和更新。
？ Contributes to the achievement of the mission of the company and adheres to company’s values.
对完成公司使命作出成就，并遵循公司价值观。







PROFILE岗位要求
？ Required Qualifications:岗位任职资格
？ Chemical/Petrochemical school graduate with 0-2 years’ experience as an operator in petrochemical industry.
两年以内化工或者石油化工工厂外场操作员经验。
？ Holds a college degree in Chemical Process Technology or an equivalence.
化工工艺技术等相关专业大专学历者优先考虑。
