岗位职责
1、负责总裁的日常行程安排；
2、负责总裁文件，信件，函电的接收与转达；
3、负责总裁日常经营工作中文件的起草；
4、负责来访的接待、商务随行；
5、协助安排外出行程、翻译资料。
6、确定并安排会议时间；
7、负责会议材料的整理、存档工作；
8、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

任职资格
1、文秘、行政管理、企业管理等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、五年以上总经理秘书工作经验，有本领域工作经验者优先；
3、知识结构较全面，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；
4、有严密的逻辑思维能力和全面的分析判断能力，较强的统筹协调能力，书面及口头表达能力优秀；
5、良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正；
6、英语专六以上水平，熟练使用办公软件。
7、能适应经常性的出差，耐压力较强。

    Jiangsu TianBao PV Energy Co., Ltd. is a 50/50 Chinese-Dutch joint venture enterprise focusing on manufacturing, sales, research and development of solar PV energy products. Established on December 1st 2005, our company is located at Economic Development Zone, Yizheng, Jiangsu Province. Covering an area of 60,000 square meters, it is adjacent to Runyang Bridge and Yangli express way, with very convenient transportation.
    Our company has been primarily working on the manufacturing and sales of crystalline silicon solar cells together with their applications for design and installation of solar energy systems. The Company brought in advanced machinery and equipment from Germany, Japan and USA for production. Those are compatible to the first tier manufacturers all over the world.
