MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
主要的工作范围和职责

1. Ensure bookkeeping, accounting is made in accordance with applicable accounting regulations of P.R.C. keep accounting records in ERP system in time.
确保账务处理符合中国的会计准则，及时在ERP系统进行账务处理。
2. Issue monthly VAT invoice and export sales invoice in the tax system.
按要求在税务开票系统开具每月的增值税发票和外销发票。
3. Report fund / sales income in the SAFE online service system in time.
及时在外汇管理局网上服务平台登记和申报资金流动数据和信息。
4. Check AP accounts / Invoice with supplier and system accounts records regularly.
定期和供应商核对往来账，确保和系统中的数据保持一致。
5. Update export sales / tax refund tracking report for management level reference
及时更新出口销售信息和退税数据，供公司管理层参考。
6. Issue invoice in the UFIDA system base on GRN & purchase invoice
根据供应商采购发票在用友系统中开具专用发票。
7. Prepare the payment voucher for payment of supplier invoices
按要求每月定期准备和整理供应商付款的信息和资料。
8. Responsible for monthly cost calculation and analysis.
负责每月生产成本的核算和分析。
9. Responsible for inventory accounting, analysis difference and advice accordingly
负责每月核对存货数据，分析差异，提出建议的解决方案。
10. Assist with accounting manager for monthly accounts cut off in an accurate and timely manner.
协助会计经理进行月末结账事宜的处理。
11. Other tasks assigned by accounting manager and company leader.
公司领导和会计经理安排的其它工作事项。



REQUIREMENTS
岗位要求：

1. Majored in finance and accounting, college or above.
财务和金融相关专业，大专以上学历
2. 5+ years working experience working in Manufacturing Company.
5年以上生产企业工作经验，条件优秀者可以适当放宽
3. Working experience in WOFE is plus.
具备外资工厂工作经验者更佳
4. Excellent MS Office and UFIDA system skill.
熟练操作Office办公软件和用友ERP系统
5. Well organized with attention to details.
思路清晰、有条理，注重细节
6. Confident, Creative thinking, self motivated, strong team work spirit.
