职位描述
Requirements:
1. Engineering degree, MBA is a plus
2. 10 to 15 yrs industrial experience
3. Strong experience in people management
4. Experience of plant/company management
5. Work experience in European/US company is a plus
6. Working location: YangZhou
Responsibilities :
1. Budget elaboration. Elaborate and propose the budget for the Unit in collaboration with GIS China and the Product Line.
2. Budget Execution. Organize the Unit and launch all the necessary actions plans (according to ALSTOM procedures) in order to commit with the budget
3. Delivery Performance (quality, cost, delay).
- Organize the supply chain of the factory in order to deliver the projects on time (from Sales to Delivery on site) conform to the technical specifications at the optimum costs.
- Optimize sourcing activities.
- Insure the Customer satisfaction by making the Unit very pro-active in front of any customer complaint.
4. EHS. Insure the environment protection of the Unit and protect his personnel by implementing ALSTOM EHS policy.
5. Continuous Improvement. Plan, Implement, follow up and sustain the Continuous Improvement action plan (based on ALSTOM Way) of the Unit in collaboration with the involved functions of ALSTOM .
6. People Management. Ensure the evolution of the personnel in term of capacity (versus load) and knowledge (recruitment, training, coaching...). Promote and retain talents. Ensure a productive social environment: conduct the Workers Council, meet Unit's Unions Representatives and External Regulation Authorities, negotiate yearly agreements. Is responsible for internal communication and people motivation. Conduct opinion survey.
7. ALSTOM Charter Values. Guarantor of the strict application of the ALSTOM Values Charter in each department of the Unit especially in Sales, Sourcing and Finance operations
