1． 大学本科以上学历、工科背景电气类专业， 3年以上体系管理和企业管理工作经验，具有丰富的体系内审和外审工作经验者优先；

Bachelor degree or above majoring in science or related fields, minimum 3 years’ quality management experience in the manufacturing enterprise, experience in internal and external audit and implementation is a plus;

2． 精通ISO9001、ISO14000、OHSAS18000、TS16949等国际标准，并熟悉质量控制的方法；

Be familiar with Quality management system ISO9001 /ISO14000 /OHSAS18000 /TS16949 etc. and be proficient in tools of quality control methods;

3． 熟悉QC几大手法；

Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC;

4． 英语四级，能熟练使用英语交流和操作办公软件；

CET-4, English level both in oral and written and computer skills;

5． 良好的人际沟通及协调能力，工作责任心强，有团队精神；

Good communication, coordination capacity and high responsibility and team work;

6． 具备钢管行业工作经验者优先考虑；

Experience with steel pipe industry is preferred.
