职位描述：
1.负责设备及其他间接物料采购;
   Responsible for equipment and other non-production material purchasing.
2.发询价, 分析报价, 和供应商就质量、价格、交货时间进行谈判;
 Doing RFQ, analyze RFQ, negotiate quality, price and deadlines with suppliers, steering the sourcing process for supplier nomination.
3.订购货物或服务;
   Order goods and service.
4.关注市场和供应商, 持续降低总采购成本;
  Focus on market and suppler, continued reduce the purchasing cost.
5.与主管一起确定合同;
   Confirm contract with supervisor
6.和主管合作推荐合适的供应商;
Select and recommend supplier with supervisor
7.其他相关任务。

Requirements具体要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，工科专业；
Bachelor degree on business administration, technical Engineering background.
2.五年以上采购相关工作经验；
Above 5 years purchasing work experience.
3.良好的中英文表达能力；
Good English in oral and written.
4. 了解机械、电子及企业管理等相关知识；
Good mechanical, electronic and management Knowledge.
5.能熟练使用Office办公软件和SAP系统；
Good Microsoft Office and SAP Knowledge.
6. 良好的谈判技巧；
