职位描述
1． 按照设计图纸、生产工艺文件和检验要求组织生产；
Organize the production according to drawing, manufacturing technique documents and testing requirements;
2． 监督检查生产作业计划的执行情况，针对问题提出改进措施；确保按计划完成生产任务；
Monitor and review the implementation of the production plan, also can forward improvement actions to make sure to complete the production as planned;
3． 控制生产过程中的辅料、工具、刀具等消耗，降低生产成本；
Control the consuming of the tools, auxiliary materials in production process to reduce the production cost;
4． 分解和实施本车间质量计划指标，负责本车间产品生产过程中的质量控制，负责本车间产品质量的稳定和提高；
Break down the quality plan targets, be responsible for controlling the quality in production process, stabling and improving the products quality meanwhile;
5． 负责本车间生产设备的维护和保养以及台账的建立和维护，确保安全文明生产；防止设备违规操作、超负荷运行以及质量和安全事故的发生；
Responsible for the maintenance and management of the facility in the workshop, meanwhile establish and update the account list to avoid the facility unsafely operation and overload operation and avoid any safety accident;
6． 负责本车间内部各项管理制度制定及维护以及质量体系文件中作业指导书的编制及修订；
Responsible for making out and maintaining the workshop internal regulation, also take charge of making out the work instruction and revising in quality system document;
7． 负责本部门员工的日常人力资源管理工作，包括人员规划、面试评核、教育培训（技能、质量、安全、行为规范等）、绩效考核以及协助人力资源部开展各项管理工作；
Responsible for daily human resource management, including staffing, interview assessment, training, performance appraisal and assistant to HR dept.;
8． 负责本车间的各项基础管理工作。如：现场5S管理、安全文明生产、报表提交、原始记录管理等工作；
Responsible for workshop foundational management, such as 5S, safety production, submitting report and keeping original record;
9． 实现机加工车间的5S 管理及改善；
Manage and improve the 5S in machining workshop;
10. 建议和提高车间的生产效率；
Suggest and improve manufacturing efficiency;
11. 其它。

职责Responsibility:
1． 负责按公司生产计划组织、安排车间生产并带领团队保质、保量和及时地完成任务，确保实现公司及部门的业绩目标；
Responsible for the implementation of production plan, leading the group to finish the task with good quality and quantity in time, to ensure the realization of objectives of company and department;
2． 负责本车间的生产设备的管理和维护；
Responsible for the maintenance and management of the facility;
3． 对本车间的成本控制、质量及安全负责；
Responsible for the workshop’s cost control, safety and quality;
4． 负责建议和实施各项持续改进计划。
Responsible for suggestion and implementation of PTE plans.
要求
Requirements:
学历 Education Background：
机械类相关专业或管理专业大专及以上学历。
College degree or above, major in Mechanical related or Manangement.
工作经验 Work Experience：
拥有6年以上机械制造行业工作经验，其中有3年以上机械加工车间管理经验。
6 years working experience in mechanical manufacturing industry, 3 years machining workshop management experience.
技能 Skill
1． 熟悉机械加工车间各项工作流程，掌握生产作业管理知识技能；Familiar with the work process of machining workshop and master the knowledge of production management;
2． 能读懂一般机械零件图纸, 熟悉常规机械零件精度检测方法和检测工具的使用；
Can read and understand mechanical elements drawings, familiar with the precision testing methods to common machine elements and know how to use the testing tools;
3． 熟悉机械加工工艺及加工流程，有过精密零件的加工经验，具备对机械加工工艺可行性分析的能力以及制造成本计算能力；
Familiar with the machining process, have processing experience for precision component, be able to analyze the feasibility of machining process and can make out the manufacture cost;
4． 具有较强的执行能力，能协调处理现场常规管理工作，有效实施生产计划，完成工作任务，具有在生产过程中，能做好监控、跟踪，控制好质量的工作能力；
Have powerful executive capacity, can coordinate the on-site management, and implement the production plan effectively. Have capacity to monitor, track and control the quality in production process;
5． 具有协调解决生产过程中遇到的技术难题的能力，确保产品质量达到要求；
Have capacity to solve the technical problem in production process, make sure the product quality meet the requirement;
6． 能熟练使用电脑软件；如. Microsoft Excel, Word, 和PPT；
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Word, PPT etc.;
7． 拥有较强的责任心、团队意识、抗压能力和沟通能力。
Have strong sense of responsiblity, team awareness and communication, also can work under high pressure.

要求
Requirements:
学历 Education Background：
机械类相关专业或管理专业大专及以上学历。
