RESPONSIBILITY
1) Conducts demand planning, analysis and forecasting with the information from Marketing, Manufacturing and Customer Service
2) Coordinates and monitors demand plan for specific product families
3) Manages and balance capacity utilization to meet customer and business needs and perform allocation of output where demand exceeds capacity
4) Drives attainment of Inventory models
5) Proactively define processes and drive improvements
6) Job may require up to 10% travel to other Sensata sites
QUALIFICATION
1) Bachelor degree or equivalent with major in English, Economics, Business or other related discipline.
2) Preferably 3-4 years of related working experience. Material and/or production planning experiences are an added advantage.
3) Possess good analytical skills.
4) Strong verbal and written English language communication skills.
5) Ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.
6) Proactive, eager to learn and can do attitude.
