职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1, Be responsible for production layout for shop floor layout and optimization; Base on layout audit procedure, create and maintain work cell perimeter rules and 5S.
2, Updates HJL MTM procedure base on Hella norm. Apply MTM for specified production line. Do analysis for MTM, BTI and allowances and optimize operating motion as ergonomic and economic methods. Regularly negotiate with respective ME for process improvement.
3, Maintains and update personnel standard time in SAP and study the product cycle time to increase the production efficiency continually; Evaluate the production operation manpower demand & production line to make the capacity calculations;
4, Implements HelPS specified in Roadmap. Deploy and track the range and scope of roadmap implementation in plant and communicate with the responsible for Roadmap understanding and qualification within the respective departments.
5, Deploys VSM analysis for specified product family. Identify waste in our process and make schedule for eliminating waste systematically.
6, Maintains proper filing systems to ensure all information is properly stored and easily retrieved.
7, Be charge of additional tasks specified by manager for shop floor improvement.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
2. Three years working experience in IE implement promotion experience
3. Familiar with lean production and the operation procedure of the manufacturing industry
4. Skilled in Auto CAD software planning production line layout
5. Experience related to automotive field is preferable

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
