职位描述
POSITION OBJECTIVES
? To provide leadership to the manufacturing plants in the region is managing quality to ensure quality process compliance and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
? To provide direction to ensure continuous improvement in plant's quality systems
POSITION KEY FUNCTIONS
1. Analyzes the plant-wide product and process quality performance and drive problem resolution and improvements.
2. Establishes product and process standards and controls that complies with customer and company requirements and ensures that they are part in the plant's quality system.
3. Coordinates for the Quality audits in the plant to ensure integrity and compliance.
4. Manages and tracks Quality budget and headcount requirements
5. Responsible for establishing product and process standards and controls to comply with customer and company requirements, ensuring that they are part in the plant's quality system.
6. Leads the Quality Systems Audit at Plant level and coordinate with Operations for specific customer audits in the plant to ensure integrity and compliance.
7. Leads the quality aspects on APQP and warranty analysis.
8. Responsible for the preparation and management of Quality Assurance procedures.
9. Provides leadership and direction to ensure continuous improvement in plant quality systems and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
10. Acts as Customer Representative that has the responsibility and authority to ensure that customer requirements are addressed. This includes setting quality objectives and related trainings.
11. Ensures compliance to PPAP requirements.
12. Provides leadership in the development and monitoring of effective quality measurable including customer ratings.
13. Provides proper and well-coordinated training and projects to the team members, aligned to accomplish the department's objectives, as well as for people development
KEY COMPETENCIES / DESCRIPTION
EDUCATION
· Engineering graduate
· With post graduate studies and six sigma certification is a plus
EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES
· Experience in quality assurance, process control and / or supervising functions is a must.
· Hands-on experience in process improvement and its practical applications.
· Experience in the implementation of Total Quality Management.
· Adept in Manufacturing Systems improvement.
· Knowledge on Automotive core tools (MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP and Control Plan)
· Familiar and exposed to ISO 9001 / QS-9000 / TS 16949 / ISO 14001
· Excellent communication skills (Chinese & English)
Experience in an automotive industry is preferred
